Refund policy

First and foremost, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and are happy to answer questions prior to ordering.

All merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit if returned in unused, unaltered, and saleable condition within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging and accompanying documentation.

Tailored Fine Jewelry cannot accept returns on special orders, custom pieces, sized items, engraved items, or merchandise showing signs of wear.

For security purposes, online purchases may be returned by appointment to our office location with the original receipt or gift receipt. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
